Team Lead Recruitment — Remote 

We are a fintech product company building white-label and SaaS solutions for EMI, PSP, e-commerce, and open banking. As a remote-first and rapidly growing company, we are looking for a Team Lead Recruitment to strengthen our Talent Acquisition function and lead our team of recruiters.

Role Overview

You will lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters, optimize recruitment processes, work closely with hiring managers, and personally manage key vacancies. Focus areas: leadership, strategy, delivery, and quality of hiring.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of 5+ recruiters
  • Set goals, track performance, and provide feedback
  • Drive sourcing strategies and optimize recruitment processes
  • Close key roles, including management and C-level positions
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define requirements and expectations
  • Track and use recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, pipeline health)
  • Implement best practices, tools, and automation
  • Ensure excellent candidate experience and internal client satisfaction
  • Use analytics to improve hiring efficiency and generate actionable insights

Requirements

  • 6+ years in recruitment, including 2+ years as Team Lead or Recruitment Manager
  • Experience managing a team of 5+ recruiters
  • Proven track record closing management & C-level roles
  • Experience recruiting in at least two of: IT, product companies, outsourcing/outstaffing
  • Experience building or improving recruitment processes
  • Strong sourcing, assessment, and communication skills
  • Experience with recruitment analytics and metrics
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Remote-first experience is a plus
  • Ukrainian, Russian, English — fluent
