We are looking for a Recruiter

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience (preferably in digital, marketing, or related fields).
  • Strong skills in active candidate sourcing (LinkedIn, job boards, niche platforms).
  • Ability to run a full recruitment cycle β€” from sourcing and screening to final approval.
  • Understanding of relocation processes and international candidate sourcing (a plus).
  • Strong communication skills and ability to present vacancies clearly.
  • High level of organization, responsibility, and independence.
  • Basic English (for candidate communication β€” a plus).

Responsibilities (no HR functions):

  • Active search and selection of candidates.
  • Initial screening, interviews, and passing shortlisted candidates to hiring managers.
  • Full ownership of vacancies until closing.
  • Communication with candidates at every stage.
  • Maintaining a candidate database and basic reporting.

Working conditions:

  • Schedule: Mon–Fri, 10:00–19:00.
