We have a large and highly engaged subscriber base that relies on us for trusted insights, education and product updates.

 

We are now expanding our marketing capability and looking for someone to take full ownership of our email ecosystem.

 

Role Overview

We are hiring a highly organized Email Marketing Manager who can build and run a best in class email program while improving the structure, consistency and performance of all outbound communication.

 

You will own email strategy and lifecycle execution across newsletters, product announcements and community content. You will also create clear briefs for our content and design teams so that campaigns are delivered with quality and cohesion at scale.

 

This role is suited to someone who is proactive, structured and comfortable taking initiative. You will not be expected to produce every asset yourself. Your strength should be orchestration, clarity of briefing and operational excellence. You should be confident using AI tools throughout your workflow.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute email marketing strategies, including newsletters, lifecycle campaigns, and product updates.
  • Manage CRM systems, including segmentation, data hygiene, workflows, and migrations.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and data teams through clear briefs to align messaging with product and community goals.
  • Leverage AI tools to enhance personalization, automation, and campaign efficiency.
  • Maintain campaign calendars, monitor performance, and identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Operate independently with strong ownership, organization, and attention to detail.
