Trainee Sales Manager
Required skills:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Upper-Intermediate English (required) B2, C1.
- Self-management skills.
- Be familiar with web development lifecycle (searching+qualifying+closing stages).
- Knowledge of business correspondence.
- Must have skills and desire to sell.

Responsibilities:
- Writing proposals and bidding on Upwork and other b2b platforms.
- Active search and attraction of potential clients and business opportunities (USA, Europe)
- Facilitate sales and pre-sales activities
- Building up effective communications with prospects
- Business communications and negotiation with potential clients
- Working with technical staff to meet customer needs
- Search and qualify potential clients (upwork, linkedin, etc.).
- Business correspondence and video conferences with potential clients.
- Clarification of the client’s requirements (needs) and sales activities (deal closing).
- Maintaining data, statistics, and reporting on each active client.
- Report on weekly and monthly progress.
