Strong Middle/Senior Business Analyst $$$ Offline

Lumitech is looking for a talented IT Business Analyst to join our growing team.

What we’re looking for

• 3+ year of commercial experience as a Business Analyst
• Demonstrated strong systems thinking and solid expertise in IT Business Analysis
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear, structured, and actionable technical specifications for delivery teams
• Active participation in discovery phases, UX workshops, backlog refinement, and sprint planning
• Support and scale delivery processes through high-quality documentation, presentations, and solution demos
• Close collaboration with business stakeholders, UX/UI designers, QA engineers, and development teams
• Confident working knowledge of wireframes, process flows, and diagrams (including sequence and activity diagrams)

Nice to have

• Experience working within domains such as FinTech and restaurant management systems
• Hands-on experience with system integrations and third-party services
• Solid understanding of web solution architecture, APIs, and data flows
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments, including planning, refinement (grooming), and sprint ceremonies
