Lead BA/PO

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Lead Business Analyst to join our team to lead the Discovery phase for a new Mobile-centric project.

The following skills are needed:

• Be a mature BA with proven experience of leading at least other BA reporting to you and working together. 
• Ability to investigate existing workflows and processes, converting them into BA artifacts
• Ability to break down an idea into requirement specifications, epics, tasks, etc.
• Collaborate together with UI/UX, Architects, and developers to draft, groom and validate requirements
• Good communication and presentation skills, fluent english

Good to have:
- past experience with mobile projects, esp. with SmartWatch and CarPlay

- good sense of design and understanding of Apple guidelines

Job Responsibilities

• Drive Discovery and create a requirements package together with architect, ui/ux, developers
• Transit to the Development and support team during the development phase
• be the key contact person between the business stakeholders and the development team;
• gather, process, clarify and specify business requirements;
• work within a team of highly skilled product owners, developers and architects;
• measure the success of new features together with various business departments;
• work on the improvement of the requirements management process

Department/Project Description

The project is a big enterprise application with a back office and a mobile client. We're going to extend its functionality with SmartWatch (WatchOS) and CarPlay applications. You will be part of a cross-functional, cross-geo team of developers, test engineers, ui/ux designers, and architects who will create applications from scratch and integrate them with the back-office API.
