Senior Fullstack Engineer (React + Node.js/NestJS) $$$$ Offline

About the Project

We’re looking for top-notch engineers who love building high-quality, scalable, and secure software. You’ll help create the Customer Care Center, a next-generation enterprise app that delivers outstanding customer service. It runs as an independent system with its own backend, database, and domain logic, while seamlessly integrating with OnePortal’s infrastructure for operational data access.

What You’ll Do

Design and implement scalable full-stack features.

Write clean, production-ready code using modern React and NestJS best practices.

Securely handle sensitive customer data, ensuring GDPR/CCPA compliance.

Develop comprehensive test suites (unit, integration, E2E) and document components in Storybook.

Optimize multi-database queries while maintaining privacy and performance.

Apply security best practices, including encryption, access controls, audit logging, and data masking.

Collaborate cross-functionally, participate in code reviews, and contribute to architecture discussions.

Requirements
Strong proficiency in React.js and TypeScript

Experience with NestJS or similar Node.js backend frameworks

Solid PostgreSQL/SQL skills and experience optimizing queries.

Experience with React Query or similar data-fetching libraries.

Strong understanding of RESTful API design and implementation.

Hands-on experience with automated testing (Vitest/Jest, React Testing Library).

Familiarity with CI/CD practices (GitHub Actions).

Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).

Comfortable using AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot).

Knowledge of data privacy principles and secure handling of PII.

Experience applying security best practices (encryption, authentication, authorization).

Nice to Have

Playwright, Storybook, Prisma ORM, shadcn/ui, Vite, microservices.

Security/Privacy knowledge: OWASP Top 10, RBAC, encryption/key management, GDPR/CCPA, Azure security services.

Certifications like CISSP, CISM, CIPP.

Experience with data anonymization, tokenization, retention policies, and the right to be forgotten.
