Senior Product Manager – B2C Subscriptions

Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Execution
Define and evolve a compelling product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
Drive end-to-end delivery: opportunity sizing, discovery, launch, and iteration.
Make data-informed prioritization decisions and clearly communicate trade-offs.
Collaborate closely with engineering to deliver high-quality, scalable features.
Customer Insight & UX
Optimize user flows, conversion funnels, and key experiences with UX/UI partners.
Use behavioral data, interviews, surveys, and usability studies to guide decisions.
Champion the customer perspective while balancing impact, feasibility, and design intuition.
Conduct segmentation and usability analysis to inform roadmap and feature design.
Agile & Team Collaboration
Serve as Product Owner: manage backlog, refinement, planning, and demos.
Work with Architecture on system-wide trade-offs and scalability.
Coordinate with peer PMs to manage dependencies and share best practices.
Foster sprint rituals and a culture of continuous improvement.
Experimentation & Performance
Lead a culture of experimentation with A/B and multivariate testing.
Formulate hypotheses, run tests, and analyze results with data partners.
Monitor KPIs (LTV, retention, churn, activation) and identify improvement levers.
Maintain performance dashboards and clearly communicate insights across teams.
Cross-Functional Influence
Collaborate with Engineering, Marketing, CX, and Ops to align priorities and execution.
Share progress, wins, and learnings with stakeholders company-wide.
Contribute to a shared product playbook with reusable tools, frameworks, and artifacts.
Lead through influence in a flat organization where individual contributors own their impact.
Requirements:
10+ years of progressive Product Management experience, with a minimum of 5 years dedicated to B2C subscription products.
Strong background in Consumer Technology or E-commerce.
Mastery of experimentation design and data-informed decision-making (Optimizely, GA4, Mixpanel, etc.)
Hands-on experience with customer research methods (surveys, interviews, segmentation, usability).
Familiarity with modern tech stacks, subscription engines, payment systems, and the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering and architecture.
Comfort with analytics tools and metrics that matter: LTV, churn, retention, activation.
Experience coordinating with architecture teams to navigate scalability and complexity.
Ability to lead UX Outcomes
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and storytelling skills.
