About us
We build a SaaS ERP for the maritime industry. Our platform helps ship operators manage fleet data, equipment, planned maintenance (PMS), tasks, documents, vendors and purchasing.
Weβre a small product team with fast decisions and minimal bureaucracy. The BA role has real influence on product direction and quality.
What you will do
- Elicit, analyze and document business and system requirements.
- Write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, business rules and scenarios.
- Model as-is / to-be processes (BPMN or lightweight diagrams).
- Support feature decomposition and backlog grooming with Product/Tech Leads.
- Define basic data structures (entities/fields/relations) for new features.
- Work on integration requirements: mapping, validation rules, sync scenarios.
- Clarify edge cases and non-functional requirements.
- Participate in UAT and help ensure requirements are implemented correctly.
Requirements
- 2+ years as Business Analyst / Product BA / System Analyst.
- Strong skills in requirements documentation (user stories, AC, use cases).
- Understanding of web systems and REST API.
- Solid analytical thinking, attention to detail.
- Experience with Jira/Confluence (or similar).
- English level sufficient for documentation and team communication.
Nice to have
- Experience with ERP, PMS, procurement or vendor management.
- Maritime domain knowledge.
- Basic SQL.
- Experience describing integrations and synchronization logic.
- Miro/Figma for process or UI collaboration.
