No-Code Developer (FlutterFlow)

NoviCore is a company focused on building digital products, websites, mobile applications, and business process automation using no-code/low-code and AI solutions. We work with international clients and build practical, working systems.
We’re looking for a No-Code Developer with a focus on FlutterFlow.
 

What you’ll be doing:

• Building mobile apps and web projects in FlutterFlow.
• Designing data structures and logic using Firebase or Supabase (tables, relations, queries).
• Setting up authentication, registration, user roles, forms, lists, filtersIntegrating payment systems (online payments, subscriptions, billing).
• Integrating AI services (LLMs, content generation, chat functionality)
• Developing custom widgets and other custom solutions for FlutterFlow (custom widgets/actions/functions).
• Optimizing app performance, debugging and fixing issues.
• Working on responsive UI (different screen sizes, web/mobile).
• Collaborating with designers and a project manager, suggesting UX/UI improvements.
• Maintaining basic documentation for your solutions (data structure, screen logic, integrations).
  
  Requirements:
• 6–12+ month of experience or at least 2–3 completed projects in FlutterFlow.
• Experience with Firebase or Supabase (Auth, database, Storage, etc.).
• Confident working with logic in FlutterFlow (actions, states, variables, collections).
• Knowledge of Flutter and Dart Core — ability to read and write basic code.
• Experience integrating payment systems (online payments, subscriptions, invoices).
• Basic understanding of AI service integration (via APIs, webhooks, etc.)
• Understanding of REST API, JSON, webhooks.
• Basic understanding of data security (user data protection, access, roles).
• Understanding of UI/UX fundamentals (hierarchy, spacing, readability).
• Attention to detail and clean project structure.
• Readiness to handle tasks end-to-end: from “rough idea” to a working screen/feature.
• English level B1+ for reading documentation and written communication.
  
  Nice to have:
• Experience with n8n / Make.com / Zapier.
• Experience with Bubble or other no-code platforms.
• Ability to read and write basic code in Java and Python.
• Experience publishing apps to App Store / Google Play (or participating in this process).
• Experience with analytics and logging (e.g. Firebase Analytics, Sentry, PostHog, etc.).
• Understanding of basic CI/CD concepts (automated builds, testing environments)
• Ability to work with Figma or other design tools (to accurately translate designs into FlutterFlow)
