Pipedrive CRM Overhaul and Dashboards

Our B2B SaaS sales team is running two parallel tracks in Pipedrive—Lead Generation and Customer Conversion—but the system is no longer serving us. Stages feel clunky, the data model has become messy, and leadership can’t pull reliable reports. We want to boost sales efficiency by re-engineering the entire setup so our reps spend less time wrestling with the CRM and more time closing deals.

What we need you to do
• Audit the current Pipedrive account, documenting fields, automations, user roles, and bottlenecks.
• Rebuild streamlined pipelines and stages that map cleanly to our real-world sales process.
• Refactor data structure, eliminating redundant or confusing custom fields and ensuring clean, report-ready data.
• Create role-based dashboards that surface win-rate, pipeline value, velocity, and other key metrics for both reps and leadership.
• Deliver clear documentation plus a handover session so my team can maintain the new setup confidently.

Acceptance criteria
• Reps can move a deal end-to-end without work-arounds.
• Dashboards load quickly and present actionable insights at a glance.
• A concise guide (document or Loom video) details every new field, automation, and permission change.
