Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective digital marketing strategies to improve website rankings, organic traffic, and user engagement.
- Respond to client requests and lead the team in their execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including content creators, web developers, ad managers and designers to implement best practices.
- Perform detailed keyword research to identify valuable target keywords and optimize content accordingly.
- Create and manage content optimization plans that align with SEO goals and business objectives.
- Conduct thorough website audits to identify technical and content-related SEO opportunities and issues.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and search engine algorithms to ensure digital marketing strategies remain effective and compliant.
- Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and Google Analytics to provide regular performance reports to clients.
- Communicate with clients to understand their goals, provide strategic recommendations, and address any concerns.
- Provide guidance on website structure, internal linking, and other technical aspects to improve crawlability and indexing.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Marketing Account Manager, preferably in an agency setting (more than 2 years).
- Excellent command of the English language with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Problem-solving attitude with a continuous learning mindset to adapt to evolving client challenges and digital marketing trends.
- Client-centric approach with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO techniques, keyword research, and content optimization.
- Proficiency in using SEO tools such as SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
- Strong understanding of content management systems (CMS) and experience in content optimization.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
