Growth Automation is expanding our engineering team and we're looking for a highly capable Full-Stack Developer with deep experience in API integrations, automation infrastructure, Python development, and modern cloud environments. 

If you're excited about building systems that power high-volume outbound engines, enrichment pipelines, AI-driven analysis tools, and data-scraping infrastructures - you'll fit right in.

The developer in this role will own end-to-end technical implementation across several internal and client-facing projects.

What You’ll Work On

You will work on the development of automation systems that require strong competence with:

API Integrations

• Creating and managing API keys, usage tracking, and secure storage
• Integrating with platforms such as AI model gateways, data providers, and third-party services
• Ensuring robust error handling, retries, and failover mechanisms

Scraping & Data Acquisition

• Setting up and maintaining rotating proxies
• Implementing anti-captcha solutions
• Building reliable scraping modules that can operate at scale

Cloud Infrastructure

• Deploying and managing VPS environments (DigitalOcean, Hetzner, etc.)
• Installing and configuring Python environments, Docker, and MySQL
• Ensuring uptime, performance, and secure credential management

Automation & Internal Tools

• Developing Python scripts, microservices, and enrichment modules
• Building and maintaining backend systems for lead enrichment, reporting, and AI-assisted workflows
• Collaborating with our operations team to design scalable automation logic

Nice-to-Have

Experience or interest in:

• Lead generation workflows
• Data enrichment methodologies
• B2B outbound systems
• AI/LLM automation

These are not required - but they’re a strong advantage.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years in backend or full-stack development
• Strong Python fundamentals
• Experience with Docker, MySQL, and Linux server administration
• Confident working with scraping tools, proxy networks, and CAPTCHA-solving APIs
• Ability to set up new accounts, configure infrastructures, and securely store credentials
• Experience with API-driven services (OpenAI/OpenRouter, Apollo.io, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to document systems clearly
• Comfortable working autonomously and owning a full technical workflow from setup to deployment

• Python + virtual environments
• Docker
• MySQL / SQL basics
• VPS hosting providers (DigitalOcean, Hetzner, etc.)
• Proxy networks (BrightData or similar)
• AI model API gateways
• Credential vaults (1Password or equivalent)
