Product Owner (iGaming experience is mandatory)

We are seeking a Product Owner to drive the growth of our brands in the iGaming sector (online casinos). This role is ideal for those who want to directly shape the product - from concept to launch - while working with data analytics, enhancing user experience, and spearheading new initiatives.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, update, and prioritize product roadmap, taking into account business interests, market trends, competitive landscape, and player needs.
  • Analyze user experience: study conversion funnels (from acquisition to registration, registration to deposit, first deposit to repeat), gather feedback from support teams and analysts.
  • Generate, validate, and test ideas; implement new product features (gamification features, new mechanics that will enhance UX).
  • Define technical tasks for developers and coordinate with the QA team.
  • Participate in release processes: planning, reviewing completed tasks, and analyzing outcomes.
  • Track key metrics: registrations, deposits, user retention, DAU/WAU/MAU, ARPU, GGR/NGR, Conversion Rate, and more.
  • Collaborate with analysts to develop ideas and optimize the product.
  • Set up A/B tests for new mechanics and offers.
  • Monitor competitors, trends in gamification, and bonus schemes.
  • Adapt the product to various regions (localization, currencies, payment gateways).

     

Mandatory Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Product Manager/Owner.
  • Proficiency in web and product analytics tools: GA, Power BI, Tableau.
  • Understanding of unit economics (CAC, LTV, ROI, margins, break-even point).
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum teams: managing backlogs, roadmaps, user stories, acceptance criteria, and tools like Jira, Confluence/Notion.
  • Knowledge of UI/UX fundamentals, tools like Figma/Miro, and customer journey mapping.

     

Additional Advantages:

  • Familiarity with payment systems (PSP, fees, fraud prevention).
  • Experience with iGaming UX patterns: onboarding, deposits, KYC, tournaments, loyalty.
  • Understanding of white-label solution architecture and hands-on work with it.
  • Knowledge of bonus strategies (welcome bonuses, cashback, VIP programs, tournaments).
  • Awareness of regulatory requirements: KYC, AML, and responsible gaming.
  • Experience in market segmentation (EU, Tier-1/Tier-2).
