🧩 What you’ll do
- Run full-cycle recruitment across multiple roles (Art, Frontend, Backend, QA, Game Design, Product, Ops);
- Build and maintain strong sourcing pipelines using LinkedIn, X-Ray, Telegram channels, job boards;
- Screen candidates, conduct HR interviews, manage feedback loops, and move candidates through the funnel;
- Maintain structured reporting on hiring progress and pipelines;
- Collaborate with marketing for job ads and employer branding (optional);
- External Branding: Helping us look as cool on the outside as we are on the inside (content, job boards, community presence);
- Support onboarding from the recruitment side (pre-boarding steps, access request coordination).
🧠 What you bring
- 2 years of recruitment experience (IT, iGaming, or startups preferred);
- Market Intelligence: Choosing the best hiring resources, tracking stats, and telling us why some channels work better than others.
- Hands-on mindset: You don't wait for instructions; you see a messy pipeline and you clean it;
- Data-driven approach: You understand that recruitment is a funnel and you know your conversion rates;
- Strong Communication: Ability to talk to both "rockstar" devs and stakeholders;
- Upper-Intermediate English: Since we operate in a global market
- Comfortable working in a fast, chaotic startup environment.
💎 Nice to have
- Experience with iGaming or high-load product companies;
- Understanding of HR basics (onboarding, probation, documentation);
- Experience with ATS/HRIS tools;
