Leadgen Specialist (Upwork/Fiverr + Partnerships + Outbound) $$ Offline

We are looking for a Leadgen Specialist with hands-on experience generating deals through Upwork, Fiverr, and partnership channels.

This is NOT a typical SDR job, we need a person who already knows how to generate $200k+/year via these platforms and can build a predictable deal flow for high-ticket AI & Web3 projects.

 

You will work directly with the CEO, who will handle closing.

Your job is to bring qualified leads, conversations, and partnership opportunities.

 

Responsibilities

A. Upwork / Fiverr Lead Generation

  • Manage and optimize company profiles on Upwork & Fiverr
  • Send 20-30 custom proposals per day
  • Optimize proposals for AI & Web3 categories
  • Respond to messages within 5–10 minutes
  • Track budgets, bidding logic, competing offers
  • Prepare case studies, portfolio items, offer templates
  • Achieve proposal → reply → call conversion target

 

B. Partnership Lead Generation

Identify companies that need us as their delivery partner:

  • IT agencies with weak delivery in Web 3.0 and AI
  • AI consultants who need a technical team behind them
  • Marketing Digital agencies with poor technical execution
  • Outsourcing companies needing subcontracting

 

Your goal:

→ Bring warm partnership leads that can become recurring revenue.

 

Required Skills

We are looking only for someone who has done this successfully before.

Must-have:

  • Proven experience generating $200k+ per year via Upwork/Fiverr
  • Deep understanding of Upwork/Fiverr algorithms & bidding
  • Strong English (B1) — fast, persuasive proposal writing
  • Experience in IT / AI / Web3 sales
  • Understanding of client psychology
  • Ability to create reply-first, not spam-first outreach
  • Strong negotiation and lead nurturing skills
  • Ability to work independently with weekly KPIs

 

Nice to have:

  • Experience working with agencies
  • Understanding of AI automation, LLMs, Web3 products
  • Existing network of IT agencies or consultants

 

KPIs 

Daily

  • 20–30 Upwork/Fiverr proposals
  • 10 partnership outreach attempts

 

Weekly

  • 10 active conversations
  • 4 booked calls
  • 20 accepted proposals
  • 2 new partner agencies as warm leads

 

Monthly

  • $15k–$30k qualified pipeline created
  • 5-10 PQLs generated
