Frontend Developer (Motion-Driven Experience) $$$ Offline

We are commissioning a pixel-perfect, cinematic front-end build inspired by the visual and motion language of immersive, high-end interactive experiences.

Responsibilities

- Implement a high-fidelity front-end based on detailed design and motion prototypes

- Develop smooth, cinematic animations (GSAP / Framer Motion / custom motion systems)

- Build performant scroll- and gesture-driven interactions

- Translate complex motion concepts into production-ready code

- Ensure flawless responsiveness, timing, easing, and rendering quality
 

Requirements

 - Proven portfolio of highly interactive, visually sophisticated web experiences

- Expert-level skills in React / Next.js, TypeScript, and animation libraries

- Strong experience with GSAP, Framer Motion, or similar animation frameworks

- Solid understanding of WebGL / Three.js for interactive 3D and transitions

- Ability to optimize performance, rendering, and animation pipelines

- Exceptional attention to visual detail and motion precision

- Experience building custom, non-template, motion-heavy interfaces
 

Nice to Have

- Experience with Rive, Lottie, or custom shaders

- Familiarity with headless CMS integrations

- Understanding of accessibility within motion-rich environments
