Role Overview

We’re looking for a Sales Representative who’s comfortable in the trenches of cold outreach. If you enjoy starting conversations out of thin air, know how to spark interest, and don’t fall apart after hearing “no” fifty times before lunch, you’ll fit right in.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct cold calls to potential clients in targeted markets.
  • Qualify leads, identify business needs, and pitch our services effectively.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and track outreach activity.
  • Follow up persistently and strategically to turn curiosity into real opportunities.
  • Collaborate with management to refine messaging and improve lead generation processes.

     

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in cold calling or outbound sales.
  • Excellent communication skills (English B2+ preferred).
  • High tolerance for rejection and the confidence to keep going.
  • Persuasive, energetic speaking style.
  • Self-disciplined, organized, and goal-oriented.
