Project Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated Agile Coordinator / Junior Project Facilitator to support and grow with our fast-paced engineering environment. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with multiple teams, learn from experienced mentors, and gain hands-on experience in building agile processes from scratch.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Hands-on team facilitation for 5 engineering teams:

• Organize daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and planning sessions;
• Configure Jira boards and manage team backlogs;
• Assist with task decomposition and effort estimation.

🔹 Learning & growth under mentorship:

• Participate in designing agile processes from the ground up;
• Gain exposure to cutting-edge technologies (AI/LLM-driven products);
• Apply best practices from modern product companies.

Who We’re Looking For:

• 1–2 years of experience in IT as an intern PM, Junior Scrum Master, or project coordinator;
• Strong desire to grow and dive deep into engineering & product processes;
• Technical curiosity: ability to understand how developers work;
• Fluent Ukrainian and English;
• High energy: resilience to handle routine tasks and an intensive workflow.
