VIP Manager (iGaming)
We are an international iGaming company seeking an experienced VIP Manager to work with premium players in our online casino.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow the VIP client portfolio.
- Build long-term relationships with high-value players.
- Provide personal support and top-level service.
- Analyze user behavior and prepare personalized offers.
- Work closely with payments, risk, CRM and marketing teams.
- Participate in creating VIP campaigns, bonus programs & special promotions.
Requirements
- English โ C1 (written & spoken).
- Understanding of player behavior analytics & segmentation.
- Excellent communication and customer focus.
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
