VIP Manager (iGaming)


We are an international iGaming company seeking an experienced VIP Manager to work with premium players in our online casino.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow the VIP client portfolio.
  • Build long-term relationships with high-value players.
  • Provide personal support and top-level service.
  • Analyze user behavior and prepare personalized offers.
  • Work closely with payments, risk, CRM and marketing teams.
  • Participate in creating VIP campaigns, bonus programs & special promotions.
     

Requirements

  • English โ€” C1 (written & spoken).
  • Understanding of player behavior analytics & segmentation.
  • Excellent communication and customer focus.
  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
     

Work Schedule

  • 5/2
  • Shift 1: 08:00โ€“16:00
  • Shift 2: 16:00โ€“00:00
  • Shift 3: 00:00โ€“08:00
