Product Manager

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the development of our Transportation Management System (TMS). You will define product strategy, translate business needs into clear requirements, and work closely with engineering, design, and operations teams to deliver a high-quality logistics product.

Requirements:

• 3–5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, including direct work with TMS, logistics, supply-chain platforms.
• Strong understanding of transportation workflows: order management, routing, carrier management, freight optimization, tracking, billing, and integrations.
• Experience defining product vision, roadmaps, and requirements for complex B2B systems.
• Ability to translate operational/logistics problems into clear product specs and user flows.
• Strong analytical mindset: data-driven decision making, KPI ownership, working with dashboards/metrics.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams: engineering, design, sales, operations.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with enterprise clients and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Own the product lifecycle of the TMS platform: discovery, requirements, delivery, rollout, and optimization.
• Define product roadmap, prioritize features, and manage the backlog based on customer needs and business value.
• Collaborate with engineering to build scalable, reliable TMS modules (routing, dispatching, transport planning, tracking, integrations).
• Gather feedback from clients, carriers, and operations teams to identify pain points and transform them into actionable features.
• Drive improvements in UX, automation, and workflow efficiency across the TMS ecosystem.
• Work with data teams to track KPIs, analyze product performance, and optimize conversion and operational metrics.
• Prepare documentation, release notes, and support internal teams with product expertise.
• Contribute to long-term product strategy and ensure alignment with business goals.
