CRM MANAGER (iGaming продукт)

We are an international iGaming product within a large holding company (2,500+ employees worldwide), a startup within a large ecosystem.

Our team is fast-paced, minimally bureaucratic, with plenty of freedom and responsibility for results. We create processes from scratch, make important decisions quickly, and aren't afraid to influence the product.

We are currently strengthening our team and are looking for a CRM Manager to build communications, launch campaigns, and manage key retention metrics.

What you'll be doing:
- Create logic and launch communication chains;
- Develop and launch bonus campaigns;
- Segment users and personalize messages;
- Create content specifications and oversee their implementation;
- Test hypotheses to improve campaign effectiveness;
- Track, analyze, and improve key metrics across channels and campaigns;
- Maintain reporting and maintain process transparency;
- Plan one-off and automated campaigns;
- Work with product, marketing, VIP, and other teams;
- Initiate expansion of promotional mechanics and CRM system capabilities;
- Be responsible for player retention metrics;

What we're looking for in a candidate:
- At least 1 year of experience as a CRM Manager in iGaming products is required;
- Experience with CRM systems (Customer.io, Fasttrack, Solitics, or similar);
- Experience building omnichannel communications;
- Segmentation and personalization skills;
- Ability to read data, analyze metrics, and draw conclusions;
- Skills in setting specifications;
- Attention to detail and structure;
- Understanding of retention metrics (CRR, Churn, LTV, Reactivation);
- Higher education;
- English - B2+;
