About the role: The core mission of this role is to drive conversions from free to paid users and help more businesses succeed with Zeely.
Work schedule:
This role operates on a shift-based schedule. You will be assigned to one of the following shifts based on your decision:
- 8:00 - 17:00
- 14:00 - 23:00
- 18:00 - 03:00
- 23:00 - 08:00
You will take on the following responsibilities & challenges:
- Consult inbound users coming from ads via chat and ticket-based support, guide them through the product, and convert these conversations into paid subscriptions.
- Analyze user needs and experience, identify opportunities for improvement, and share insights with the product team.
- Become a true product expert, staying fully up-to-date on new features, releases, and improvements.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual KPIs, including lead conversion and other key targets.
- Track key sales metrics, report progress, and continuously analyze performance to refine sales strategies and tactics.
What you need to join us:
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role (Customer Support, Customer Success, Sales Manager).
- Experience in B2C sales is a strong advantage — ideally within a marketing agency, tech company, or SaaS environment.
- Understanding of the digital advertising landscape in English-speaking markets, preferably with hands-on experience in the US market.
- Experience working with analytics, reporting, and performance tracking.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, Google Workspace, and sales tools.
- Strong results orientation and ability to consistently meet KPIs.
- Solid knowledge of sales strategies, negotiation techniques, and consultative selling.
- Ability to build long-term client relationships and provide value-driven support.
Fluent English (written and spoken) with excellent communication skills.
