Business Analyst / Project Manager (Odoo ERP)

We’re looking for a hands-on Odoo Business Analyst who can OWN processes, improve workflows, and build smart automation across the company.

⭐ Your Mission

• Analyze + improve workflows (sales, logistics, support, procurement)
• Configure Odoo (functional + basic technical)
• Read & write simple Python code
• Build automations + clean data structures
• Integrate external systems (Shopify Plus, EDI, MS365, WMS)
• Coordinate external devs / partners
• Work directly with founders & leadership

⭐ You are a good fit if

• 3+ years BA or IT Project Management
• 2+ years Odoo (functional or technical)
• You understand Python enough to adjust logic
• You love fixing processes, not just documenting them
• You can explain complex things simply
• You enjoy independence & responsibility
• English or German fluently

Bonus: Shopify Plus, Power Automate / MS365, logistics or e-commerce background.

€2,000 – €4,500 / month (depending on experience)
