Ми шукаємо талановитого розробника Odoo для приєднання до Quintagroup. Основною задачею буде розробка та налаштування рішень з управлінського обліку для внутрішніх потреб компанії в подальшому залучення на проекти клієнтів. Ви будете відігравати ключову роль у оптимізації внутрішніх бізнес-процесів, підвищенні точності звітності та ефективності операційної діяльності.
 

Обов'язки:

• Проєктування, розробка та впровадження модулів управлінського обліку в Odoo.
• Налаштування існуючих додатків Odoo та інтеграція сторонніх рішень.
• Тісна співпраця з CTO,  фінансовим і операційним відділами для визначення вимог та впровадження рішень.
• Залучення до різних проєктів компанії з наданням технічної експертизи.
• Участь у перевірці коду, документації та процесах забезпечення якості.

Вимоги:

• Досвід розробки на Odoo ERP (від 4 років).
• Добре розуміння принципів  управлінського обліку.
• Впевнене володіння Python та досвід роботи з PostgreSQL.
• Досвід налаштування модулів Odoo та інтеграції сторонніх застосунків.
• Аналітичне мислення, вміння вирішувати проблеми та хороші комунікативні навички.
• Здатність працювати самостійно та ефективно взаємодіяти в команді.

Буде плюсом:

• Знання фронтенд-технологій (JavaScript, XML, HTML/CSS).
• Досвід роботи з бізнес-аналітикою та інструментами звітності.

Klik Solutions is gathering a highly skilled team to work on a challenging project with a US-based client who uses multiple apps and wants to unite them under one Odoo umbrella.

The Odoo Implementation Engineer is responsible for assisting the Solutions Architect and/or Project Manager in identifying business requirements, configuring the Odoo platform and modules, and providing guidance through the transition into the Odoo platform for our clients. All Implementation engineers will have knowledge and experience working with, and deploying, Odoo in different industries and applications. Communication skills and professional customer service are required to be successful in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze Client business processes and requirements unique to the situation at hand

- Customize Odoo to meet client requests and improve their workflows

- Work within assigned project team(s) across multiple implementations

- Create documentation for use by the client and Klik support staff post-implementation

- Participate in regular meetings to discuss project updates and challenges

- Facilitate User Acceptance Testing during implementation

- Provide Project Managers with schedule estimates based on experience and adhere to the provided final schedule

- Suggest potential additions to the ERP system for future projects

Requirements:

- 2-3 years experience implementing Odoo

- 1-2 years of Python development experience

- *Odoo 17 or 18 certification a plus*

- Experience in agile environments

- Enterprise-level implementation experience a plus

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
