Role Mission
Find, engage, and convert new clients who, after the first demo, will say:
βI never want to run freight tenders manually again.β
Your goal is to clearly and sharply communicate the value of our product to decision-makers β hitting their pain points with precision.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and cold calls
- Write short, personalized messages that get replies
- Sell the solution, not just the demo
- Schedule calls with decision-makers
- Work in CRM, track KPIs, and run experiments
Suggest GTM improvements β weβre listening
Who We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in B2B outbound or SDR roles
- Experience with US, EU, or Central Asian markets
- Confident with tools like Apollo, Instantly, GPT, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Nova
- Comfortable with cold outreach and handling rejection
- Thinks like an analyst, acts like a closer
English level: B2+ or higher
