Forward Group is a Ukrainian product company building AI-powered solutions to automate logistics.
Our flagship product, Cargohub, is a platform for shippers that automates freight tenders, reduces logistics costs by up to 17%, and accelerates procurement 5Γ— faster.  


Role Mission 

Find, engage, and convert new clients who, after the first demo, will say:
 β€œI never want to run freight tenders manually again.”
 Your goal is to clearly and sharply communicate the value of our product to decision-makers β€” hitting their pain points with precision.  


What You'll Be Doing 

  • Lead outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and cold calls
  • Write short, personalized messages that get replies
  • Sell the solution, not just the demo
  • Schedule calls with decision-makers
  • Work in CRM, track KPIs, and run experiments
  • Suggest GTM improvements β€” we’re listening

     

Who We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B outbound or SDR roles
  • Experience with US, EU, or Central Asian markets
  • Confident with tools like Apollo, Instantly, GPT, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Nova
  • Comfortable with cold outreach and handling rejection
  • Thinks like an analyst, acts like a closer
  • English level: B2+ or higher
