Upwork Lead Generation Manager

We’re looking for a Lead Generation Manager who works systematically, follows processes, and enjoys turning dialogues into paying clients.
Responsibilities:
- Searching, filtering, and qualifying leads on Upwork
- Writing clear, structured, customised proposals
- Managing client conversations until handover to Sales
- Testing new hypotheses and communication approaches
- Updating and tracking information inside our CRM
- Following a well-defined workflow provided during onboarding
🔥 Requirements:
- 1+ year of proven Upwork lead generation experience ❤️
- Strong written English (B2+)
- Fast, structured, logical writing
- Attention to detail and discipline
- Ability to work independently and follow systems
- Curiosity and willingness to learn
