About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior DevOps Engineer to join our team and help us build, maintain, and improve our cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines. This is a great opportunity for someone who is in the early stages of their DevOps career and wants to grow with a dynamic team.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (primarily using GitHub Actions)
• Deploy and manage infrastructure on Microsoft Azure
• Write and maintain Bash scripts for automation tasks
• Work with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (Terraform, Azure ARM, Bicep, etc.)
• Perform basic system administration tasks on Linux servers
• Monitor applications and infrastructure

• Collaborate with development and QA teams to improve deployment processes

   

Requirements

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in DevOps, SysAdmin, or related roles (including personal projects, internships, or freelance work)
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Azure (virtual machines, networking, storage, Azure DevOps or basic resource management)
• Solid understanding of Linux (Ubuntu/Debian or CentOS/RHEL) – comfortable with command line
• Hands-on experience with GitHub Actions (creating workflows, YAML syntax)
• Good skills in writing Bash scripts for automation
• Basic experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform is a big plus, but any IaC tool is acceptable)
• English level B1 or higher (you will read/write documentation and communicate with the team in English daily)
• Understanding of Git version control
• Desire to learn and grow in DevOps practices

Nice to have

• Experience with Docker and/or Kubernetes (even basic)
• Knowledge of monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Azure Monitor)
• Python or PowerShell scripting
• Azure certifications (AZ-900, AZ-104) or willingness to obtain them
