Now, we’re looking for an IT Recruiter ⭐️ with a good understanding of software development and the ability to manage the full recruitment cycle independently.

 

 

For a perfect match, we expect  🎯

  • 0.5 year of experience in full-cycle recruitment 
  • Experience closing both tech and non-tech roles
  • Experience in sourcing via LinkedIn, Djinni, Telegram, and other job boards
  • Experience conducting screening interviews
  • Knowledge of IT technologies

 

Duties & Responsibilities πŸ’Ό

  • Conducting a full recruitment cycle (from defining requirements to closing a vacancy)
  • Searching for and selecting relevant candidates on various job platforms
  • Searching for candidates using cold outreach
  • Conducting screening interviews to find the best talents that meet the company's needs
  • Close communication with the technical team
  • Supporting candidates and providing feedback at all stages of hiring
  • Maintaining a candidate database
