CRM Manager SMARTICO

We are looking for a highly motivated CRM Manager with strong experience in customer lifecycle management, retention marketing, and multi-channel communication strategies. The ideal candidate is data-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, launch, and optimize automated retention and reactivation flows across multiple communication channels (Email, SMS, Push Notifications, In-App/Inbox, WhatsApp, Telegram, Viber).
  • Manage all CRM activities throughout the customer lifecycle: onboarding, engagement, retention, churn prevention, and win-back.
  • Set up advanced segmentation, targeting, and personalization strategies to improve engagement metrics.
  • Create and execute email marketing campaigns, including A/B testing and performance optimization.
  • Work closely with product, marketing, and analytics teams to align CRM initiatives with overall business goals.
  • Monitor CRM campaign performance and produce clear, actionable insights.
  • Maintain high delivery, compliance, and quality standards for all communication channels.


Requirements

  • English level: Upper-Intermediate (spoken) or higher โ€” ability to communicate confidently with international teams.
  • Strong CRM and Email Marketing expertise โ€” deep understanding of customer journey, segmentations, automation, and performance metrics.
  • Hands-on experience with Smartico (mandatory).
  • Proven ability to build and manage automated retention flows and multi-step campaigns.
  • Highly desirable: prior experience working with crypto casinos or online gambling platforms.
  • Experience in orchestrating multi-channel communication (Email, SMS, Push, Inbox, WhatsApp, Telegram, Viber).
  • Strong analytical mindset and proficiency with CRM dashboards, reporting, and optimization tools.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality results.


Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of iGaming-specific KPIs and player lifecycle.
  • Familiarity with bonus systems, gamification, or loyalty programs.
