Web Designer $ Offline

A WordPress-focused agency is looking for a talented Web Designer to join their team!

The company provides high-quality support, development, and web design services for international clients — including NGOs, eCommerce and membership-based platforms, advertising agencies, and small to medium-sized businesses. The agency also contributes to the creation of SaaS platforms and startup projects, delivering solutions that are functional, efficient, and visually refined.

.  Role Description
We are looking for a Web Designer (Figma) to join our team for long-term collaboration.

This is not a one-time freelance role. We are looking for a designer to become part of the team on a permanent basis.

The designer will work closely with developers and project briefs to create structured, consistent, and developer-ready web designs.

Tools & Workflow

• Figma (Auto Layout, Components, Prototyping) — required
• Web design: UI/UX for websites and landing pages
• Design of social media banners and marketing visuals
• Slack, Notion — for communication and task management

• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS — a plus

   

   

     Requirements

• 1–2 years of commercial experience in web / UI design
• Strong experience designing websites and responsive layouts
• Confident use of Figma:
   - Components
   - Auto Layout
   - Responsive design
   - Prototypes
• Ability to follow an existing design system or build a simple system when needed
• Understanding of UX basics: structure, logic, user flow
• Ability to work with briefs and technical requirements
• Strict adherence to deadlines — mandatory

• Basic English (for communication and tasks)

• Experience working with agencies
• Understanding of WordPress / Elementor workflows

• Ability to clearly explain design decisions and structure

  A portfolio is required at the initial stage.At first, it does not need to include Figma links.For shortlisted candidates, we will request direct access to Figma files (can be shared privately).

   

  We need to see:
  - how styles are organized (colors, typography)
  - how components are built (buttons, UI elements)
  - whether elements are unified and reusable
  - how brand consistency is maintained across layouts
  - overall structure and approach to design work
