Senior Scala Developer $$$$ Offline

Start of the project from January 12th 2026. Remote. Full-time.

Client location: Germany.
Industry: Automotive

The position requires extending and security-hardening a Scala application that extracts data from databases and forwards it with quality of service to a central data lake.
 

Skills:

• 5 years+ programming experience with Scala
• SBT
• Familiar with network setups, authentication methods, REST-APIs and database connections
• Happy to reverse engineer and improve complex Scala code
• Fluent in English
• Bonus: Happy to work with some Python code as well
