Project Manager (Manual QA Background)

Now our team has a position for PM with QA background.

Requirements: 

• Manual QA background with experience managing or leading projects/teams; 

• Solid understanding of QA processes and best practices; 

• Hands-on experience performing PM-related tasks on a project; 

• Ability to balance both testing activities and project coordination; 

• Strong communication, organizational, and task-management skills. 

Responsibilities: 

• Split responsibilities 50/50 between QA and PM tasks; 

• Coordinate project activities, timelines, and communication with the team and stakeholders; 

• Support delivery processes, maintain documentation, and ensure smooth workflow; 

• Plan and execute testing activities, create test cases, report and track issues; 

• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and help ensure successful delivery; 

• Contribute to improving processes within the team.
