The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Front-End React Developer — someone who owns their craft, leads with initiative, and enjoys bringing design and engineering together.

 What You’ll Do

• Develop and maintain large-scale React and Next.js applications
• Build reusable, high-performance UI components and design systems
• Integrate with backend APIs and cloud-based microservices
• Ensure responsiveness, accessibility, and pixel-perfect execution
• Improve architecture, performance, SEO, and user flows
• Participate in system design with product and backend teams
• Work with CI/CD pipelines to ship quality fast
• Troubleshoot complex front-end challenges end-to-end
   

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience with modern JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, React
• Strong understanding of component architecture, state management (Redux)
• Experience with Next.js and SSR/SSG optimization
• Solid Git workflow and code quality mindset
• UI/UX awareness and collaboration with designers
• English — strong communication level
   

Bonus points for:

• Experience with Node.js for integration/debugging
• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS/GCP)
• MongoDB / MySQL / Firebase experience
• Knowledge of Docker or CI/CD tooling
• Background in tech military units (8200/Mamram/Lotem or equivalent)
