UI Designer to $650

DataOx is a product-driven outsourcing company that has been shaping the global data collection & processing industry since 2015. Since 2022, we’ve doubled in size and now operate fully remotely.

We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our growing marketing team. If you are passionate about design and technology- we’d love to hear from you!
 

Your future responsibilities

• Design email banners (based on briefs from the Content Manager).
• Design SMM banners (based on briefs from the SMM Specialist).
• Search for or create custom icons.
• Create infographics for articles (5+ per article).
• Create graphic illustrations.
• Select photos for website pages.
• Design visual blocks for the website.
• Prepare design for PDF files for client downloads.
• Create design for presentations (based on briefs from the Content Manager).
• Assist with HR activities (merch/document design, etc.).
   

Must-have skills:

• 1+ years in Graphic Design.
• Practical experience creating banners for B2B websites, social media, and educational infographics.
   

Nice to have:

• Experience with IT-related design for content marketing is a strong advantage.
• Experience creating designs for lead magnets, presentations, and other types of downloadable content.
• Experience designing materials for email marketing (newsletters and other marketing sequences).
• Experience working within a marketing team, including completing tasks according to technical requirements (briefs).

Recruitment process

1. Text screening with HR and portfolio review.
2. Test task (up to 4 hours).
3. HR interview.
4. Final interview with Marketing Manager.
