Requirements:

• From 2 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing (betting-gambling);
• Experience in education of Juniors;
• Working with creatives, setting postbacks, integrations;
• Proficiency in traffic analysis;
• Exceptional communication skills;
• Ability to approach tasks comprehensively and diversely;
• Upper-Intermediate level of English.

Responsibilities:

• Audit and support team of affiliates;
• Organize and develop all organizational processes;
• Write guidelines for new specialists;
• Develop an integration process;
• Create training materials to help specialists quickly get into the role;
• Support all affiliate teams with promotional materials and integration issues;
• Train juniors and build a reserve to expand the affiliate team.
