Business Analyst
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and document current business processes (AS IS) and design target processes (TO BE).
- Identify opportunities to optimize processes and automate with a strong focus on business value.
- Gather, structure, and document functional and non-functional requirements.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation (BRD, SRS, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria).
- Support the development lifecycle by collaborating closely with developers and QA during implementation.
- Analyze and re-engineer existing business processes, including decision-making workflows.
- Contribute to product discovery, solution design, and delivery.
Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Process Analyst (mandatory).
- Hands-on experience in software development or automated testing (mandatory).
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Proven experience in requirements elicitation and documentation.
- Solid knowledge of BPMN 2.0 and UML.
- Understanding of APIs and web services; experience working with integrations.
- Experience in business process re-engineering and optimization.
Will Be a Plus
- Experience with CRM, ERP, financial systems, or enterprise platforms.
- Experience working in Agile teams (Scrum/Kanban).
- Strong stakeholder communication and facilitation skills.
