Business Analyst

Due to the growing number of projects and the expanding use of the ERP system, the team is seeking an experienced Business Analyst/Business Central Consultant.
The role focuses on strengthening the analytical function, ensuring high-quality requirements formalization, and supporting efficient implementation of changes within the system.

Responsibilities:

• Collect and analyze stakeholder requirements to implement and optimize processes in the ERP system.
• Describe business processes, identify bottlenecks, and propose improvements.
• Formalize tasks for the development team (User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, specifications).
• Collaborate with developers to clarify details and support the implementation process.
• Document changes and maintain up-to-date business logic and process documentation.
   

Requirements:

• Experience working with ERP systems (mandatory).
• Preferred experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Understanding of core business processes: finance, procurement, sales, operations.
• Strong skills in requirements gathering and stakeholder communication.
• Experience preparing User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and specifications.
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and structured approach.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments is a plus.
