Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and document current business processes (AS IS) and design target processes (TO BE).
• Identify opportunities to optimize processes and automate with a strong focus on business value.
• Gather, structure, and document functional and non-functional requirements.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation (BRD, SRS, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria).
• Support the development lifecycle by collaborating closely with developers and QA during implementation.
• Analyze and re-engineer existing business processes, including decision-making workflows.
• Contribute to product discovery, solution design, and delivery.

Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Process Analyst (mandatory).
• Hands-on experience in software development or automated testing (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Proven experience in requirements elicitation and documentation.
• Solid knowledge of BPMN 2.0 and UML.
• Understanding of APIs and web services; experience working with integrations.
• Experience in business process re-engineering and optimization.

Will Be a Plus

• Experience with CRM, ERP, financial systems, or enterprise platforms.
• Experience working in Agile teams (Scrum/Kanban).
• Strong stakeholder communication and facilitation skills.
