Sales Manager (Upwork, IT Services)
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager (Upwork) to join our team and strengthen our sales direction at LITSLINK.
This role is ideal for a specialist with 2+ years of hands-on experience selling IT services via Upwork, who can independently drive the full sales cycle - from identifying opportunities to closing deals and building long-term client relationships.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience selling IT services via Upwork
- Proven track record of closing deals on Upwork
- Strong skills in writing high-converting proposals
- Experience in client communication and negotiations
- Solid understanding of web/mobile development and common tech stacks
- Basic understanding of SDLC and software delivery processes
- English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher
- Result-oriented, proactive, and autonomous mindset
Nice to have
- Experience working in IT outsourcing / outstaffing companies
- Experience with long-term client relationship management
- Understanding of pricing, estimations, and delivery processes
- Experience working with CRM tools
Responsibilities
- Sell IT services (software development, dedicated teams, UX/UI) via Upwork
- Search for relevant projects and identify high-potential opportunities
- Write strong, personalized proposals with high conversion rate
- Lead clients through the full sales cycle - from first message to deal closure
- Handle pre-sales activities: requirements clarification, solution positioning, basic estimations
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Achieve and exceed sales KPIs
- Collaborate closely with recruitment and technical teams
