Sales Manager (Upwork, IT Services)

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager (Upwork) to join our team and strengthen our sales direction at LITSLINK.

This role is ideal for a specialist with 2+ years of hands-on experience selling IT services via Upwork, who can independently drive the full sales cycle - from identifying opportunities to closing deals and building long-term client relationships.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience selling IT services via Upwork
  • Proven track record of closing deals on Upwork
  • Strong skills in writing high-converting proposals
  • Experience in client communication and negotiations
  • Solid understanding of web/mobile development and common tech stacks
  • Basic understanding of SDLC and software delivery processes
  • English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher
  • Result-oriented, proactive, and autonomous mindset

 

Nice to have

  • Experience working in IT outsourcing / outstaffing companies
  • Experience with long-term client relationship management
  • Understanding of pricing, estimations, and delivery processes
  • Experience working with CRM tools

 

Responsibilities

  • Sell IT services (software development, dedicated teams, UX/UI) via Upwork
  • Search for relevant projects and identify high-potential opportunities
  • Write strong, personalized proposals with high conversion rate
  • Lead clients through the full sales cycle - from first message to deal closure
  • Handle pre-sales activities: requirements clarification, solution positioning, basic estimations
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
  • Achieve and exceed sales KPIs
  • Collaborate closely with recruitment and technical teams
