Sales Manager (Upwork, IT Services)

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager with proven experience selling IT services via Upwork to strengthen our sales team at LITSLINK.
This role is perfect for someone who knows how to close deals on Upwork, build long-term client relationships, and consistently drive revenue in a fast-paced IT outsourcing environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience selling IT services specifically via Upwork
• Strong skills in writing winning proposals and negotiating with clients
• Solid understanding of web and mobile development and common tech stacks
• Basic understanding of SDLC and software delivery processes
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Upper-Intermediate or Advanced English
• Result-oriented, autonomous, and proactive mindset

Key Responsibilities

• Sell IT services (software development, dedicated teams, UX/UI) via Upwork
• Find relevant projects and write high-converting proposals
• Lead clients from first contact to signed contracts
• Handle pre-sales: requirement clarification, solution proposals, estimations
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
• Achieve and exceed sales KPIs
• Work closely with recruitment and technical teams
