Product Manager (AI Solutions) Offline

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate is a product-minded professional with a strong foundation in application development and a deep enthusiasm for AI trends and technologies. You will act as an internal leader driving our AI capabilities in presales, business development, and strategic initiatives.

‍Requirements:

‍‍● at least 5+ years of experience in a product management or similar role, ideally with a focus on advanced technology solutions and AI for the past 2 years
‍● strong understanding of AI technologies, trends, and their application in software products, with the ability to translate client needs into AI-driven solutions. Preferably on the basis of hyperscalers: AWS, Azure or GCP
‍● experience in presales, business development, or sales enablement - comfortable negotiating proposals, gathering requirements, and driving client conversations.
‍● demonstrated ability to take ownership of a business unit or strategic initiative, work autonomously, and deliver results
● exceptional communication and the ability to articulate AI concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
● upper-intermediate level of English or higher

As a Product Manager you will:‍

‍● lead AI-driven initiatives, guiding both internal teams and client-facing presales efforts
● analyze client requirements and suggest AI-enhanced solutions with a strong focus on business goals and measurable ROI
● contribute to business growth, working closely with sales and presales teams to craft proposals and showcase AI capabilities
● act independently, take ownership of the AI business unit, and ensure we stay at the forefront of AI innovation

‍In the first three months, the Product Manager is expected to:

● understand Rolique’s AI strategy. Get up to speed with our existing product portfolio, service offerings, and presales processes
● lead Initial AI Initiatives on presale. Begin leading or contributing to at least 3 AI-enhanced presale engagements, showcasing AI solutions to existing or prospective clients
● create an AI Development Roadmap for existing clients. Propose a roadmap for expanding client platforms with AI capabilities on at least 3 active accounts
