PIN-UP Global is represented in Cyprus, Poland, Kazakhstan, Armenia, Peru, Malta. The holding’s headquarters is located in Cyprus.

 

We’re looking for a sharp and driven Head of Product to join our team!

 

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in digital product management, including Senior/Lead PM roles; proven experience leading a product team;
  • Strong expertise in building product strategies, managing roadmaps, budgets, resources, and risks;
  • Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Amplitude, Power BI, etc.) and the ability to make data-driven decisions;
  • Mastery of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and modern product discovery frameworks;
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience working with C-level executives;
  • Strong documentation skills (product strategy, PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, business cases).

 

Responsibilities:

  • Define and own the product strategy: shape long-term vision, product roadmap, and development priorities aligned with the holding’s strategic goals;
  • Lead and develop the product team: manage Product Managers and Analysts, mentor team members, set objectives, and conduct performance evaluations;
  • Oversee full product lifecycle: from ideation and hypothesis validation to launch, scaling, and continuous optimisation;
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration: work closely with Engineering, Analytics, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and other internal teams to deliver high-impact solutions;
  • Establish and improve product processes: implement best practices in product discovery, delivery, Agile methodologies, and foster a strong product culture;
  • Manage product analytics & KPIs: define key metrics, analyse data, run experiments, and make data-informed decisions;
  • Stakeholder management: align with leadership, prioritise initiatives based on business impact, and manage expectations across different companies within the group of companies;
  • Develop the product landscape across the group of companies: ensure cohesion across multiple business units and drive the evolution of engagement and product experience.
