We’re Jett Develops, a digital product design & development agency. We partner with early-stage startups and fast-growing companies in FinTech, GreenTech, SaaS, and EdTech. Our work has helped clients raise over $20M and build platforms used by Microsoft, Evergrow, and more.

We’re growing our presence on Upwork, and we’re looking for a curious, detail-oriented person to join us as a Junior Lead Generation Specialist. This is a full-time, entry-level role with a clear growth path to Sales Manager. You'll start by helping us identify and respond to promising leads — and gradually move toward direct communication with clients, closing deals, and owning part of the sales pipeline.

No prior experience needed — we’ll teach you everything step by step.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Monitor new job posts on Upwork using our filters
  • Review project details like budget, location, and tech stack
  • Choose the best company profile for each proposal (we have several)
  • Use templates and case studies to craft proposals
  • Ask the team for help when needed (technical details, goals, etc.)
  • Track your work and results in our CRM
  • Contribute to improving our outreach strategy over time
     

What We’re Looking For

  • Solid written English — clear, professional communication is a must
  • Spoken English is a plus — we’ll help you grow in this area if needed
  • Great attention to detail — you read and analyze client needs carefully
  • Ability to follow processes and learn quickly
  • Curiosity and motivation to grow into a sales role
  • Basic understanding of tech — if you’ve heard of Figma, Webflow, or React, that’s already great!
     

Nice to Have (but not required)

  • Experience with Upwork or other freelance platforms
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Sheets, Slack, or CRMs
  • Background in tech, marketing, or writing
