Our models have been deployed by governments. Now we're building something new -- using LLMs as world models for complex scenario simulation. Strategic foresight for Chief Strategy Officers.
 

We're defining a new category. Working name: Future Design. Model your company, simulate its trajectory, find hidden opportunities and risks before they hit. Right now only the biggest companies can afford this -- or they hire McKinsey. We're changing that.
 

Your mission: Build our content machine. Example: take a 45-min founder podcast, cut it into 10 LinkedIn clips, test hooks, track what gets CSOs to respond. Find tone of voice. Find audience fit. Support founder-led sales. Lots of experiments. Lots of work.
 

This role is for builders and doers, not managers. You'll ship daily, break things, learn fast.
 

What you'll do

  • Build and run content engine -- test messaging, formats, audiences
  • Find what resonates with strategy executives (mid-market US, global enterprises, Gulf region)
  • Support sales: collateral, case studies, outbound sequences
  • Set up basic remarketing (Meta, Google)
  • Listen to sales calls, turn insights into copy
  • Run experiments with founders
     

Requirements

  • US B2B marketing experience
  • Strong English (C1+ or native)
  • Video content experience (short-form, podcasts, clips)
  • Can execute solo: Canva/Figma, scheduling, analytics
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and speed
  • LinkedIn/Twitter content track record

Compensation

  • $2,500-3,500/month base
  • After trial: performance bonus, equity discussion, salary review
