Junior Design Engineer (AI-Native / Vibe Coder) Offline

We are a boutique web agency based in Montreal, Canada, running on a modern subscription model. We manage ~20 active clients and are growing fast: www.peich.xyz

We are NOT a traditional agency. We don't spend weeks writing boilerplate code. We use AI-first workflows (Claude Code, Gemini 3) to build beautiful, high-performance websites at lightning speed. We care about the result and the design, not how hard you worked to write the syntax.

🚀 The Role 

I am looking for a "Design Engineer" or "Vibe Coder" to be my right hand. You will work directly with the founder to ship landing pages, update client sites, and build new features.

• You will not be writing divs by hand all day.
• We care A LOT about making everything we build look amazing.

• You WILL be using tools like Cursor, Claude Code, or Gemini 3 to generate code, and then using your Design Eye and Engineering skills to fix, polish, and perfect it.

   

⚡ What you will do

• Build fully responsive landing pages using Next.js, Tailwind, and Typescript.
• Take a rough design concept and turn it into a live site in hours, not days.
• Maintain existing client sites (content updates, layout fixes).
• Experiment with the latest models (Gemini 3 / Claude 4.5) to speed up our workflow.

✅ You are the perfect fit if:

• You love "Vibe Coding": You are comfortable using LLMs to write 80% of your code, but you know exactly how to read and fix it when it breaks.
• You have a "Design Eye": You know when a margin looks wrong. You care about typography, whitespace, and mobile responsiveness.
• You are hungry to learn: You want to master the modern AI stack (Cursor, Supabase, Vercel).
• You are reliable: You communicate clearly in English and hit deadlines.

🛠 Our Stack

• Frameworks: Next.js (App Router), React, Tailwind CSS.
• AI Ops: Claude Code, Google Antigravity
• Backend: Supabase (Basic knowledge is a plus).
