Sales Manager for the Dutch market (based in Poland)
We are currently seeking a Sales Manager (for the Netherlands market) 💼

Key Requirements:
✔️ Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales.
✔️Experience in logistics or CEP (Courier, Express, Parcel) industry is a strong advantage.
✔️Proven experience in lead generation and conducting negotiations.
✔️Understanding of the Central European market is an asset.
✔️English level B2 or higher; Ukrainian — native or C1.
Responsibilities:
✔️ Lead generation: active search for potential clients (online/offline, cold outreach, events)
✔️ Initial outreach & qualification: first contact via calls/emails, lead qualification, CRM management
✔️ Sales process: meetings with prospects, service presentations, proposal preparation, negotiations, deal closing
✔️ Account management: maintaining long-term relationships, handling daily client requests, identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities
✔️ Growth & development: potential progression to Head of Sales (Central Europe), contribution to team process improvement
