Technical Operations Engineer to $2200

We are looking for a talented engineer who thrives in complex, high-stakes environments. You enjoy solving real-world problems with code, modelling, and analytics, and can turn abstract challenges into working technical solutions that make a real impact.

What You’ll Do

• Solve complex technical challenges in real operational environments
• Turn high-level requirements into clear models, prototypes, and production-ready components
• Build integrations, data pipelines, and proof-of-concepts
• Work hands-on with optimisation, simulation, or ML elements
• Communicate with stakeholders, validate ideas, and guide discussions
• Bring clarity, structure, and momentum into fast-moving situations

You’re a Great Fit If You

• Have excellent spoken and written English 
• Can explain complex technical concepts in a clear and simple way
• Write pragmatic, production-aware code (Python preferred)
• Enjoy solving ambiguous, real-world problems
• Work independently, think analytically, and execute fast
• Have experience in top consulting firms (BCG, McKinsey, Deloitte, Bain or strong Ukrainian equivalents) — a significant advantage
