The Role

We are looking for an experienced Creative Director to define, lead, and elevate the creative identity of our talents across all formats, platforms, and content pipelines.

In this role, you will shape personal brand strategies, design visual identities, lead creative ideation, and ensure that every piece of content — from raw concepts to final edits — aligns with the talent’s character, the studio’s standards, and performance goals.

This position is perfect for a visionary creative leader with strong aesthetic intuition, strategic thinking, and deep understanding of digital-first audiences, lifestyle culture, and fast-paced content ecosystems.

 

Requirements

Experience & Expertise
• 5+ years in creative direction, content strategy, personal branding, or fashion/creative campaign development — ideally in entertainment or the creator economy.
• A strong portfolio showcasing brand storytelling, visual identity creation, and creative execution across digital platforms.
• Deep understanding of culture, Gen Z + Millennial trends, and aesthetic patterns that perform in Tier-1 markets.
• Strong knowledge of digital-first platforms: TikTok, Instagram, YouTube.
• Experience directing or managing creative teams: directors, writers, producers, stylists, editors, and post-production specialists.
• Ability to lead and prioritize 10+ parallel creative threads without losing clarity or quality.
• Exceptional taste, creative judgment, leadership, and communication skills.

You will

1. Personal Brand Strategy (Character + Aesthetic Development)

• Create holistic brand identities, including tone, personality, narrative themes, and long-term growth direction.
• Build detailed Character Guidelines covering visual style, fashion language, content energy, communication topics, and cultural positioning.
• Conduct market, cultural, and audience research to ensure brand relevance in Tier-A markets.

 

2. Creative Direction for Social Media

• Lead end-to-end creative ideation across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and cross-talent collaborations.
• Develop hooks, content pillars, viral frameworks, storytelling angles, and strategic content maps.
• Oversee content execution to ensure alignment with brand identity, narrative consistency, and performance strategy.

 

3. Creative Leadership Across All Departments

• Lead creative briefings, writers’ rooms, and collaborative ideation with directors, producers, and script teams.
• Provide direction during production (remote and on-set) to ensure adherence to the talent’s character guide.
• Guide post-production teams on tone, pacing, music curation, design, and emotional delivery.
• Ensure the entire content pipeline — concept → script → production → post → optimization → social — follows one unified creative vision.

 

4. Visual Identity Direction

• Define fashion direction and styling concepts: silhouettes, aesthetics, palettes, moods, wardrobe communication.
• Work closely with stylists, glam teams, production designers, and cinematographers to bring visual language to life.
• Maintain consistency across all photoshoots, videos, and promotional materials.

 

5. Creative Campaign Development

• Conceptualize large-scale creative campaigns across social, digital, PR, partnerships, and cross-talent activations.
• Create treatments for optimization/testing teams and ideate new campaign formats.
• Lead creative strategy for IP launches, brand partnerships, and collaborative projects.

 

6. Performance-Driven Creative Strategy

• Leverage analytics and platform insights to evolve creative approaches.
• Partner with optimization and traffic teams to iterate based on performance KPIs.
• Ensure that creative direction supports growth goals: views, retention, engagement, follower growth, and fan conversion.
