Customer Success Manager

DMT Business Development is a leading B2B lead generation and appointment setting agency. We create tailored & effective strategies for clients based on their needs and goals. Our team generated over 2m leads for hundreds of clients and booked 10k+ appointments with businesses of any scope.

Currently we have an open vacancy for Customer Success Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Onboard new clients and launch lead generation / appointment setting campaigns
  • Develop and adjust outbound strategies together with SDR, and research teams
  • Manage multiple B2B campaigns simultaneously and ensure KPI achievement (leads, meetings booked, reply rates, etc.)
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the campaign lifecycle
  • Provide regular performance reports, insights, and strategic recommendations to clients
  • Collect and analyze client feedback, handle objections, issues, and escalations
  • Coordinate internal teams and assign tasks to ensure smooth campaign execution
  • Monitor campaign performance and proactively identify areas for optimization and growth
  • Ensure high client satisfaction, retention, and long-term cooperation

 

You’re our ideal candidate if you have:

  • Experience as a Customer Success Manager / Account Manager / Project Manager in a B2B lead generation or appointment setting agency
  • Strong understanding of outbound sales processes (cold email, LinkedIn outreach, SDR workflows)
  • Experience working with performance metrics and client KPIs
  • Excellent written and spoken English with confidence communicating with native speakers
  • Strong client-facing, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and campaigns in a fast-paced environment
     

Working conditions:

  • Working hours: Monday–Friday, 2 PM – 10 PM (Kyiv time)
