QA Analyst $ Offline

As a Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring the quality assurance test cases.

🔍 What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, scenarios, and strategies for new and existing features.
• Perform both manual and automated testing (Selenium, JUnit, or similar).
• Verify software deployments, releases, and patches pre- and post-launch.
• Identify, document, and track defects, working closely with developers for quick resolution.
• Analyze test results, prepare weekly reports, and recommend improvements.
• Support continuous quality improvements and maintain product standards post-deployment.
  
   

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field with 2+ years of experience.
• Experience with Decentralized Application testing & maintenance.  
• In-depth knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Strong written skills in documenting testing strategies and plans. 
• Strong communication skills with experience working with others in a team to achieve a common goal.
• High motivation, passion for quality, and excellent judgment.
• Work independently within set guidelines on clearly defined and scoped individual features or problems of moderate scope. Make reliable estimates on the time and complexity of work.
• Proficiency in test management tools and test automation using tools like Selenium, JUnit, or similar.
