iGaming Research Analyst

We are looking for an ambitious and detail-oriented iGaming Research Analyst to deeply analyze gaming products and bring structure to a large volume of data across our own games and competitors. This is an operational-analytical role with a clear path toward strategic responsibilities and product analytics.

What You Will Do:
1) Research Our Games

  • Extract ~50 parameters per game: interface, mechanics, RTP, volatility, gameplay features, multipliers, paylines, bet ranges, and more;
  • Analyze games through UI, descriptions, visuals, and gameplay logic;
  • Maintain a unified database, ensuring consistent comparison standards across all products.

     

2) Competitor & Market Analysis

  • Identify top-performing games across specific countries and regulated markets;
  • Extract the same ~50 parameters from competitor titles;
  • Compare competitors’ games with our portfolio;
  • Determine which of our games align best with market leaders — supporting product certification decisions;

     

3) Data Analytics & Structuring

  • Manage organized sheets, summary tables, clusters, and filters;
  • Create comparison matrices and analytical tables;
  • Prepare concise findings and recommendations.

     

4) Growth & Development
 As you gain experience, you will participate in:

  • Product discussions and decision-making;
  • Improving research and analytics methodology;
  • Identifying new parameters for deeper analysis;
  • Recommending the best games for different markets.

     

Requirements:
Must-Have:

  • Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills (formulas, pivots, filters, VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP/IMPORTRANGE);
  • Analytical mindset and high attention to detail;
  • Willingness to handle large volumes of operational research;
  • Interest in gaming and motivation to grow in iGaming analytics;
  • Basic English to understand game interfaces and terminology.

 

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience in iGaming (slots, crash, betting games);
  • Understanding of mechanics: RTP, volatility, jackpots, bonuses, multipliers;
  • Competitive analysis skills;
  • Basic SQL (or readiness to learn);
  • Experience with iGaming markets, providers, certifications.
