About the project
A large-scale digital health platform delivering medical and wellness services through a comprehensive online ecosystem. The product combines advanced digital tools with clinical expertise to support users across both mental and physical health.
The platform operates in a multi-tenant environment, serving partner organizations — primarily insurers and corporate clients — each with their own customized feature set and business logic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable user-facing features in React.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to deliver a seamless user experience.
• Build reusable components and ensure UI consistency across multiple tenants.
• Integrate frontend applications with APIs and third-party services.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to code quality and best practices.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience with React.
• Strong experience with Redux, React Hook Form, Zod, pnpm, TailwindCSS, SCSS.
• Solid understanding of component-based architecture, state management, and frontend performance optimization.
• Experience integrating with REST APIs and third-party services.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in healthtech or multi-tenant platforms.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Knowledge of micro-frontend architecture and CI/CD practices.
• Experience with localization/internationalization.
